Net Promoter ScoreAt GTE we pride ourselves on providing a high quality service and delivering value to our customers. We actively seek feedback from our clients to assess how we performed on each project we execute. One of the key measures we use is the Net Promoter Score (NPS). We are very proud to have an NPS that currently sits at 58, well above the global benchmark of 44.
