Reclaimer Optimisation Analysis

GTE recently completed a project for a major iron ore producer, strategically targeting the optimisation of stockyard performance. With a specific focus on reviewing and enhancing production rates, our objectives involved identifying constraints and recommending improvements.

Our team were able to successfully analyse all reclaimers across several sites, calculate key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations for standardising control logic.
